Live snake demonstration:
Most Indian snakes are harmless but misconceptions lead to them encountering deaths at the hands of humans. VNC’s live demonstrations educate and inform the general public about the myths and facts that surround snakes and help them identify common venomous snakes. till date VNC has covered more than 47,000 students & persons of Anand district.

These massive, yet gentle creatures approach the shallow waters around the shore in order to feed and breed, but are usually slaughtered by the fishing community for their meat. VNC has joined hands with Wildlife Trust of India to spread awareness through mass education, painting and drawing competitions.

Save the vultures campaign
There has been a worrying decline in the number of vultures in India, resulting in adverse effects upon the food chain. VNC joined hands with like minded organisations (BNHS, Gujarat Bird Conservation Society) to organise awareness programmes on this issue, and communicated these to the public through a variety of media.

Anti-pollution campaign
According to the World Health Organization, 4.6 million people die of causes related to air pollution. VNC encourages responsible behavior in people by screening movies and organising cleanliness crusades.
